Today we enter our 4th and final week of our #GiveBackBuildUp efforts during this holiday season. In our 4th week we are focused on intentionally giving back to the Philadelphia community by providing a FREE Introduction to Real Estate Development Strategies Seminar.

Raza Properties Introduction to Real Estate Development Strategies Seminar was held on Friday, December 28th and will have another free session on Friday, January 4th. We want to offer and encourage any individual who is interested in learning more about the real estate development industry and invite them to our free introduction session. The seminar is taught by our very talented CEO of Raza Properties, Rahil Raza.

Rahil Raza is incredibly passionate and devoted when it comes to giving back to the Philadelphia community. Rahil has a wonderful way of applying his knowledge throughout his seminar. He truly wants to see his students succeed and takes the time to make sure everybody fully understands all of the important terms. He also provides helpful resources along the way.

This seminar is an incredible learning opportunity that will give you the skills and wherewithal you will need to succeed in this industry as a real estate developer. The first free session today was a huge success and overall a positive experience. Rahil’s energy and enthusiasm throughout the session was inspiring. The session was so captivating that the students wanted to stay an extra two hours because they wanted to learn more information.
