The row-home is nestled on a quaint, quiet block that is close to Temple University but still safe and private. It has numerous brand new features given the fact that it was recently renovated.
Some of these upgrades and enhancements include fresh paint in May 2017 as well as a brand new dryer added in May 2017 as well.
There are two features that we would consider our favorites.
The owner generously pays the sewer as well as contributing $50 a month for water. Whatever balance remains monthly on the water beyond the $50 is the tenant’s responsibility but we thought that was a nice team approach to an expense that can be a bother. There is also maintenance service that is available around the clock. One of the risks of where you rent is the concern as to whether your calls and requests will be ignored. The landlord of this property takes pride in the responsibility and is committed to providing excellent customer service to residents.
The bedrooms offer plenty of room with spacious closets.
The kitchen is clean, updated, and provides high functioning appliances that compliment the design. The ceilings are high throughout giving the feel of more space which is complimented perfect by natural lighting.
As if all that weren’t enough, for a limited am
ount of time the application fee will be credited on your first month’s rent once there’s approval for occupancy. In addition, there’s one month of free rent with a 13 month signed lease.
